The “Woman swinging a child” statue is in Salt Lake City, across the street from the Capital Theater. I THINK the “Cow in a spacesuit” is also in the same neighborhood - I do remember seeing one like that a couple of blocks away near the “P.F. Changs” in downtown Salt Lake City.
